iOS 8

If you are a daring soul running iOS 8, if you have a moment to try running the Crawler's Companion, I'd appreciate a quick report. :)

I haven't tested the Crawler's Companion in the new OS yet as a number of apps I absolutely rely on are not yet compatible. I'll be sacrificing my son's iPad 2 for testing when I'm ready to release the next update, but in the meantime, if you're running iOS 8 and the Crawler, any reports would be greatly appreciated. :)

  1. Running iOS 8 on a 5C; Crawler's Companion seems to be working ok so far!

Forewarned, I also upgraded my iPad2 to iOS 8 and it's horribly slow. ;)

  2. Thanks James, that's good news indeed!

Yes, I think I'll warn my son to forgo upgrading on the 2, and I'll wait a few weeks for the dust to settle before upgrading the Air. When I do I'll get everything together to do the 'tested on ios 8' update with the latest changes and hi-res formatting fixes.

  3. Well on the iPad2 I first simply upgraded; restoring as a new setup along with the just-release 8.0.2 update has helped quite a bit.
